Welcome to The Sunday Post, a weekly meme hosted by Kim the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. Grab a cuppa and let me bend your ear (eyes?) for a few minutes with all my bookish news. I don’t do Black Friday, except books. There were book bargains galore, and I snapped them up!
Between My Sundays – what happened this week
Book Bargains galore!
I considered going on a book ban, but then decided that it would be rude to pass up on all the book bargains the float around this time of year. I was like Fagan “I’m reviewing the situation….I think I’d better think it out again”. Maybe in Jan, I’ll reconsider the ban!
More like lack of update. 10 weeks on, it’s still broken with not much bone formation. And I’ve been diagnosed with a lot of rotator cuff damage too, which explains the limited movement in my shoulder. I’m pressing on with ‘gentle’ physio, but if this is gentle, then I’m well scared of what’s ahead! .
What I’m Watching
I binged watched all The Royal Family, even thought I’ve seen them all before, many times. Love that show, I snort my way through every episode. And I watched The Christmas Chronicles too, which I thought was pretty good. Especially for younger viewers.
